Equestrian Website Design

Whether you're booking clients or selling products in the horse world, your website needs to be more than just pretty.

Your business deserves a website that's more like a business partner than something that just "looks fine".

If you're here, your website probably isn't pulling it's weight.

Maybe it looks fine. Maybe you even like parts of it. But traffic isn’t turning into inquiries. You’re getting price shoppers and tire-kickers instead of dream clients. People land on your site and just… leave.

Or maybe you’re actively avoiding sending people there because it feels outdated, clunky, or like it doesn’t represent what you do anymore.

you didn't get into the horse business to become a website person.

You started this because you’re good at what you do. Training, bodywork, making killer products, running a barn that actually functions… Your website is supposed to help make all of that easier, not create more work.

And if you’re about to raise your prices, launch something new, or finally start marketing yourself properly? Your current site isn’t going to cut it.

So let’s fix that.

Inside the equestrian website design Build

Everything your equine business needs convert online.

The Dream Buyer Strategy Intensive

Before we design a single page, we dig into who your dream buyer actually is. Even with your branding already in place, this step makes sure your website is built around the right person — their questions, their hesitations, and what they need to see before they’ll reach out.

Up to 8 pages, designed from scratch around your dream buyer’s decision-making process. No templates. No themes I just tweaked. A website built specifically for your business, your buyers, and your goals.

You know your business better than anyone. You’ll complete a guided content workbook, and I’ll turn your answers into clear, confident copy that speaks directly to your dream buyer.

Your site gets set up so search engines understand what you do, where you are, and who you serve — from day one.

Flawless on every screen. Phone, tablet, desktop — your site works everywhere your dream buyer is.

After we launch, I’m still in your corner. Any wonky buttons, loading issues, or last minute tweaks — I’ve got you for the first 30 days.

Video tutorials and documentation so you can confidently update your own site without needing to email me every time something changes.

Strategy-first isn't just a buzzword to get your attention.

I could sit here and throw around phrases like “conversion-focused” and “user experience optimization” but let’s be real. You’re not here for a techy TED talk. You’re here because you need a website that actually works, and you’re tired of designers who make things look pretty but don’t understand how buying decisions happen in the horse world.

Here's what I actually do differently:

I map your dream buyer's decision-making process before I design a single page.

Before I even think about layout or colors, I dig into who your ideal client is and how they make buying decisions.

Are they price shopping or looking for the best? Do they need tons of social proof before they’ll trust you, or are they ready to commit as soon as they find the right fit? Do they care more about your credentials or your availability?

Every business is different. Your website should reflect that.

If you're a high-end dressage trainer, your dream clients aren't comparing you to the $50/lesson barn down the road. They're vetting your experience, checking whether you align with their training philosophy, and looking for proof you get results. So your homepage leads with your background and client success stories, not your lesson pricing or some generic welcome paragraph.

Your website isn’t a digital brochure. It’s a path from “Who is this person?” to “Okay, I’m ready to work with them.”

I map out exactly what information your visitors need, when they need it, and how to move them to the next step without overwhelming them or making them hunt for answers.

A bodywork site puts service area and booking info front and center because nobody’s shopping for PEMF three states away. A tack shop optimizes product pages with clear photos, sizing info, and reviews because people need to trust what they’re buying when they can’t touch it first. A training business pre-answers the most common questions (pricing, availability, what’s included) so you’re not stuck in DM hell repeating yourself.

The structure is intentional. The flow makes sense. Every page has a job, and it does it.

You know your business. I take that knowledge and turn it into messaging that speaks directly to your dream buyer and makes it really clear to everyone else that they’re not the fit.

No fluff. No industry jargon that sounds important but means nothing. Just clear, confident copy that makes the next step obvious.

And honestly? The filtering part is just as important as the attracting part. If your site is trying to appeal to everyone, it appeals to no one. I’d rather have 10 perfect-fit inquiries than 100 “just curious” messages from people who were never going to book anyway.

You know what doesn’t work? Launching a gorgeous website that nobody can find.

I set up your site structure, page titles, metadata, and content so that search engines actually understand what you do, where you’re located, and who you serve. From day one.

“PEMF near me” can become your best lead source. But only if Google knows you exist.

And no, you don’t have to become an SEO expert or spend hours researching keywords. I handle it.

What You'll Get

Great design isn't the only thing that comes standard with a BMD website.

Words that do more than sit on a page

Every project includes copywriting tailored to your dream buyer. I’ll take your ideas, your voice, and your knowledge and turn it into messaging that grabs attention, builds trust, and makes people want to work with you.

Intentional design for every screen size

Your site will look flawless whether someone’s browsing on their phone at the barn, their tablet on the couch, or their desktop at work. No weird formatting, no buttons that don’t work, no squinting to read tiny text.

Tools to keep your site up to date

Want to swap out a photo, update some text, or add a new service without emailing me 20 times? You’ll get video tutorials and documentation so you can confidently make updates on your own. No gatekeeping, no hostage situations.

Extra Support After Launching

Ever watch your horse walk into the show ring and realize one hoof didn’t get oiled? It happens. At least with your website, I’ll be around for the first 30 days post-launch to fix any wonky buttons, photos that aren’t loading right, or tweaks you didn’t realize you needed until you saw everything live.

Equestrian Website Design Examples

Don't just take my word for it - see what my equestrian website design packages look like in real life.

NW Pulse Therapy

Sara needed a site that attracted local clients actively searching for equine bodywork and pre-qualified them before they even reached out.

What I did

The Result

More inquiries from qualified, ready-to-book clients and less time answering the same questions over DM.

Axel Grace Confections

Amelia was making great cookies (I know because I tried them), but was working with a Shopify site that wasn’t converting browsers into buyers.

What I did

The Result

Higher add-to-cart rates, fewer abandoned carts, and a system that sells consistently, not just when she posts on social.

Equestrian Website Design FAQ's

Here are the answers to your burning questions about my design packages and process.

Why is the investment worth it?

Because you’re not paying for “a website.” You’re paying for a business tool that attracts better-fit clients, books you solid, and works while you’re mucking stalls or coaching a lesson.

I’m not here to be a glorified design tool that makes your Pinterest board come to life. I’m here to build you a website that grows your income and makes your business look like the obvious choice in your corner of the horse world.

Yes. Payment plans are available for all packages.

Most projects take 6 to 8 weeks depending on scope and how quickly content and feedback are provided.

Maybe. If your current site has a solid foundation (good platform, clean structure, not held together with duct tape and prayers), we can probably work with it.

But if it’s a mess? I’m going to be honest with you about whether a refresh or a full rebuild is going to get you better results. I’m not interested in polishing something that’s fundamentally broken.

No, and here’s why: I’m not going to take your money to build a website on a shaky foundation.

If your branding isn’t solid (logo, colors, fonts, overall visual direction), your website is never going to be as good as it should be. And I’m not interested in launching something that’s just “fine” when you’re investing this much.

You have two options: find a brand designer first, or add a branding package to your website project. Either way, we’re starting with a solid foundation so your site actually reflects the caliber of business you’re running.

Same reason I won’t refresh someone else’s broken work. I’m not here to put a bandaid on something that needs actual structure.

Yep. You’ll have training videos and documentation so you can confidently manage updates without needing to email me every time you want to change a photo or update some text.

That said, if you want ongoing support or prefer to hand updates off to someone else, we can talk about retainer options.

You’ll be involved in strategy conversations, content details, feedback rounds, and final approvals. But you’re not responsible for figuring out how to structure pages, what copy converts, or how to make the whole thing actually work. That’s my job.

Think of it like hiring a trainer for your horse. You tell me the goals, I create the plan and do the riding. You show up for progress check-ins.
